The Nigeria Centre of Disease Control, NCDC has confirmed that 117 new cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) have been recorded in Nigeria. This was confirmed at the NCDC official website on Tuesday.
According to NCDC website, on the 18th of April 2020, 117 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 were recorded in Nigeria
“Till date, 782 cases have been confirmed, 197 cases have been discharged and 25 deaths have been recorded in Nigeria
Yesterday the confirmed cases were 38. The 117 new cases reported from the affected seven states are listed below;
Lagos (59), FCT (29), Kano (14), Borno (6), Katsina (4), Ogun (3), Rivers (1), Bauchi (1).
A multi-sectoral national emergency operations centre (EOC), activated at Level 3, continues to coordinate the national response activities.
“As at 10:10 pm April 21, there are 782 confirmed cases of COVID-19 reported in Nigeria.”
