Arsenal to pay £22m for Super Eagles forward, Dennis
Emmanuel Dennis, Super Eagles forward, is set to leave Club Brugge this summer, after three years at the club.
“Denis nearly left last summer but Philippe Clement’s arrival as manager allowed him to stay for another year.
According to the UK Mirror, Clement has now confirmed that he is likely to abandon the Jan Breydel Stadium, with Arsenal looking like the intended destination.
“While Denis signed an improved deal lasting until 2022, it is assumed that if Arsenal is unable to pay the £22million price tag on his head he will quit.
The Nigerian is also attracting interest from all over Europe, after netting nine goals this season, including a brace against Real Madrid at the Bernabeu in the Champions League.
Newcastle, Brighton, Sheffield United, Watford, Monaco, and Sampdoria are also keen on the 22-year-old.
